The Goal
Every business can benefit from a solid website, so when Zach called needing a website to support his growing funeral supply business - we were immediately curious to learn more. After being in business for quite some time with no website to help support him, he was spending a lot of time constantly explaining what brands he has access to and what exactly he did.. and he wanted to change that.
The Solution
One thing we knew was that a lot of Zach's business came from referrals and word-of-mouth. By creating a website that briefly described his services while anchoring on detailed lists of the brands he carried, he was able cut down the time spent needing to educate curious customers, and instead focused on getting right down to business with qualified leads. It's been a lot of fun over the years working with him.
