Clients may terminate maintenance services at any time in writing.
The 215 Guys may terminate maintenance services at any time with written notice to the Client.
There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services.
There is no roll-over for any website maintenance plan services.
Any modifications made by the Client to the website after the start of maintenance services may impact the maintenance services. Any changes to maintenance services will be sent to the Client in writing.
The 215 Guys is not responsible for changes made to Client’s website(s) by other parties, including the Client themselves.
Reports will not be provided by The 215 Guys.
Services are scheduled at our convenience and in accordance with our schedule. We have a process and a workflow that we use to maintain all of our Clients’ websites in a fair and orderly fashion. The only exception being in the case of downtime, in which case their issue would be considered an ‘emergency’ and would take priority.
If downtime should occur, The 215 Guys will, within reason, use all available means to rectify. There could be additional costs for time or services incurred.
If the website should be compromised (malware, hack, etc), The 215 Guys will, within reason, use all available means to rectify. There could be additional costs for time or services incurred.
Maintenance services do not include training on how to use your website, WordPress, or email, but we can provide training at additional cost.
Maintenance services do not include training on search engine optimization (SEO) or other online digital marketing.
Maintenance services do not include content updates or other frontend edits.
